Anyways even those who bought at rm3 doesnt loose much money yet watt. Breakeven only watt... why complain? In this time of uncertainty u breakeven wor.. what else can u ask?
Try to avoid political counters if you can. Look at how they hammer the Felda settlers. This is why Puncak looked so dangerous when the special divvy was announced. Whatever remaining biz they have worth few sen .... Longer he wait ,,, better still ... impair the accounts, allocate tons on depreciation, zerorize goodwill to the maximum kau2. for next few quarters. Then say tata to ikan bilis ... its been fun while it lasted,
Knew.... bought looking for a positive spin from Rozali... high net cash and NTA just for comfort
Still dont know is... what you are talikng about??????

10bagger10 U can sell at rm2 and buy back now watt...
Yes, trade Puncak assuming as if there's no hard asset backing it and less than 40% of it's cash in hand... and, yes, why not at 0.80, a joking 30% to ridicule our security governing authorities...
Think of the bright side , what's wrong with the share dropping ? it's a chance for you to maximise your profit. Robert Kiosaki once said, when there is a Sale going on , everyone rush to the shopping mall. When there is a Sale in the stock market everyone runs ? .. I wonder why..
kaikai, Malaysia is a Boleh Land. While I am holding tight to my shares, I believe that if 'desired', Puncak can be kept at low price, even as low as 0.80 suggested by some. And our MSWG is much more interested to know why's minority shareholders of Shell in UK not getting a fair deal than voicing out for minority shareholders in Malaysia! Meanwhile, our Bursa Malaysia and SC are too busy to even ask Puncak's BOD if anything is being done (be reminded, Puncak is now technically PN 16 given its cash is more than 70% of asset.) Best yet, Puncak's BOD is not concerned about Puncak's absurd valuation in the market...
No need to be too negative about Puncak. Cash pile is 3 times market value. Just wait for it to drop further if the trend is down and slowly collect. I doubt roh jadi have anything up at the moment. He is not Tony Fed so give him a break. He is politically very strong which is a very good thing in Malaisea. All the profitable monopolies are controlled by these people. He have to find lobang to use up the mountain of cash sitting there. Pumping in some illiquid assets is very real at this point. I just hope he hantam only 10% of the cash with the new business or assets and not stuff toxic assets at 50% inflated price thats all. Be prepare to hold for more than a year as he is so cash rich now he couldn't be bother to do anything fast. Downside risk is limited so go ahead and gamble...you may strike a jackpot here! I am not holding position in Puncak at the moment...
lcwin :hilcwin , can ask you : last time puncak Special Dividend DIVIDEND 1.0000 04/12/2015
This one is not actual dividend right ? I suspect this one is capital repayment , because why after ex date share price drop half , Can explain abit please , cause I just bought in Puncak, I really appreciate your help ?
AngieLim: Capital repayment would result in reduction in par value. you if read the announcement it was "Special Dividend DIVIDEND 1.0000 04/12/2015 " , so it's dividend, it's obvious
Hi Angie, it doesn't matter what its call just deduct RM1 before ex price n you get new price. So we can say if no payment given, share price now is RM2.02 It looks cheep now but it is still on downtrend. There is a high possiblilty someone is cornering the market by proxy and of course I don't have to paint the pix on the wall.... Let me give you a fake scenerio I have collected RM1 bonus bcos I have 1 share long time ago which likely cost me 50 cent then. With that RM1 I use to buy from market extra share which cost also RM1 but with a NTA of RM3 which I control since I am the King.Of course I don't tell you lah! But I continue selling slowly in the beginning until all fools give up. I can take 2 or 3 years to do it if needed as I also have buddies in right places. THe share is in my mother-in law name... So like I say if you want to play you must be willing to hold very long and if the king become angry he will likely chop off your head for no reason. Ok bedtime story over.Sweet dreams.
Kaehoeng like to ask you about genp wa...which is trade at discount about 40cent compare to mother share...what is your view? Actually u r my saviour as last time u inform me of the puncak wa...thank you
kahhoeng:I think you shouldn't worry too much about the stock price. You should in fact happy about the current depressed price.
MSWG or Bursa and SC are not there to make sure the stock price reflect the true value but rather to ensure that the major shareholder does not take advantage or siphon money out from the company. Although Malaysia is a Boleh Land but our regulators are quite efficient. Take note that there are other institutions investors are also keeping a close eye on the CASH.
Ong Lie Chin, don't know much about genp wa. You will have to check genp's announcement.
kaikai, I am upset about Puncak's performance and corresponding no-response from Puncak BOD, MSWG, Bursa, and SC. And bear in mind, MSWG had just raised issue on Shell while the low selling price should affect small investors in London rather Malaysian investors. Puncak is trading at less than 40% of its net cash and you believe nothing is wrong and there are institutional investors keeping a close eye on Puncak? If yes, it would be to screw small holders like us!
haha last minute huge buying vol at 1.04 .. based on chart this counter still trading in range bounce ... i will see whether it can break ema 20 days or not ..
