iamma20, I think you must be an chartered accountant,it is so good that you have found the company has been INSUFFICIENT CAPITAL RESERVE to declare bonus shares.
Fiamma20, it does not make sense for you to say Fiamma has INSUFFICIENT CAPITAL RESERVE to declare bonus shares. They don't have to use their reserve to do that!

In normal circumstances, a company will complete the proposals as soon as possible after obtaining the shareholders' approval at an EGM. In Fiamma's case, there has been no progress since 23 February 2016. So, even though they have obtained the shareholders' approval, the proposals will (not might) be aborted anytime! Watch out buddy!

@cytew, the user fiamma20 is incorrect. Fiamma has RM233m in reserves and retained earnings, and he claims that is not enough? The bonus issue only uses up to RM58m.
- Decrease in revenue this quater due to lower contribution from property developement.
- Higer property developement contribution preceding financial period mainly from group's commerical developement in Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman, Kuala Lumpur which was completed in March 2015.
- The development in Taman Kota Jaya in Kota Tinggi, Johor is on going. The development of Vida Heights,comprising 247 units of serviced apartment in Johor Bahru which commenced construction in 2014 is expected to be completed in the second half of 2016.
- Relocation and centralisation of exsiting warehouse in bandar manjalara to a new and larger capacity warehouse in bukit raja industrial hub had completed in oct 2015. This is expected to improve operation efficiency.

I think it would not likely to move up much before ex date, because i anticipate that the management would like to implement an attractive ESOS with good option price which is to be determined only after bonus and split exercise....
I was told that the bonus issue would be cancelled due to insufficient reserve .... empty vessel always make a lot of noises, a nut always is a nut, just can not think logically beside talking rubbish.
@fiamma20, you are the one to say that they have insufficient reserves to carry out the bonus issue, which is a completely wrong fact. That already proves that you are a mental nut case, or have zero financial knowledge, or are tying to mislead people here. Which one are you?

@Kinglive, you are so wrong. That's why I said you should stop commenting with such absolute statements if you don't have the knowledge. (1) Company buying and selling treasury share is normal. You should ask, who is the buyer? Who bought 2.38 million shares? Is this good news? (2) The company did not sell 497 million as you incorrectly claimed. The value is RM4.98 million.
