kat malaysia short selling not allow! better ask remesir bfor u do this! This bursa only can do! after T+3 bursa will buy for u! diff is ur loss or profit!

据益资利研究，明讯总值24亿5千万令吉的伊斯兰债券，再融资现有贷款后仍有10亿令吉的现金余额，在超过100%的派息率预测下，估计明讯在2012财政年保持股息40仙。
然而，明讯2014和2015财政年的自由现金流预测25亿和26亿令吉，可能不足以支持每年高达30亿令吉的派息，因此，明讯或需贷款以融资派息。益资利预计明讯在2014和2015财政年分别贷款10亿令吉，以保持40仙股息。
“不过，在2015财政年高达132%的净债务预测下，明讯可能无法持续40仙的派息动力，促使2015财政年的股息预测挫至32仙，相等于派息率100%。”该公司2012至2015财政年净债务和营运盈利比介于1.3至1.7倍，净债务介于0.8至1.5倍。
尽管明讯周息率6.6%领先其他同侪，但碍于总回酬有限，益资利保持该股“持有”评级.
