may i know Digi PE ratio is it around 24? how to get this ratio? i so like this company since their mgmt team very elite & make the worthy for the firm. i already buy @ 3.89. one more again, are they purpose capital repayment in 2013 & 2014 amounting of RM0.99 per ordinary share? please give comment.

What's happening to it? TM also dropped today. Some institution is offloading it with the price slipping in the last hour or so of trading.

Affin recommends it as a "Buy" due to the dividends and projected future earnings. If it goes to the lower 2.90's, I'm going to be tempted to buy. But if some big boy is selling (for whatever reason), it's best to stay away until he's done.

Sorry, that should be 3.90's... although 2.90 would be a lot better, of course:-) Affin's TP is 4.75, which is definitely achievable. This is the kind of defensive counter that fund managers, including foreign, would buy. For us small fry, getting it at the `right' price and time will be crucial.

dont worry, it's a defensive stock... just EPF sold their old share in digi 4 FGVH kot...hehehe... dont worry, everyone needs to talk n internet access... so, buy DIGI because it more cheaper package than MAxis n Axiata

dont worry so much liew. because of Digi generous dividend policy, its a favorite with a lot of institutional investors. these are what Peter Lynch calls exception to the rules of PER

This is disappointing - Digi didn't fall below 4.00. I need to have some margin before buying. The PE will go lower after the projected increase in profits this year. What's really attractive are the dividends, and this being a telco, of course.

MC... Setuju dgn yazid7655. As an investor, ok kot beli saham ni skrng. Counter telco yg lain (Maxis, Axiata) dh >5. Digi ni pelan2 kayuh by nex 3rd Q bole kot cecah 5 at least. Cuma klau PR je 'pembolehubah' yg akan menganggu. Tp rasanya >28 Sept kot PR. FA bisnes Digi pun not so bad + x pernah miss lg bg div every Q... So, OK kot klau nk hold Digi ni.

From my own amateurish calculation, Digi should reach rm4.60 if they can continue deliver their current dividend policy as of now. Don't think will ever go down below rm4 anymore.

been holding to Digi since RM2.88 but could see the sentiments a bit bearish now. New pre-paid competitor in Ceres communication (Virgin Group technology) year end. Nonetheless, i will hold until it can meet 4.60-4.80 mark as Digi defends it turf and increase data market share.
