For the past 7 trading days excluding today, the total transaction vol is 872 million shares (68.5% of total shares). Today transaction col of 45+ million is very low. What is going on?
RCN is the factor the cause THE BOSS bought as many as possible and push the share prices goes higher.
RCN is a short loan term and THE BOSS need to pay it back. With higher share prices, he would convert THE NOTE it to share and sell it at higher at higher price. Otherwise, he would redeem it in CASH.
The BOSS strategy most probably want to convert the note into SHARE. THAT IS WHY THE SHARE PRICES WENT HIGHER RECENTLY.

Chances is 50:50. It depends on what position, the operator in. Push to dump or already dump or to maintain for the Note holder to convert based on 80% of the share price. Take your pick.
The upside of share price is limited by the issuing of Notes. So far, only RM2.5 million has been drawn down and RM1 million has been converted at @RM0.05 ( Minimum price) or 80% of the 3 consecutive days average within last 45 trading days. That means 20% discount for the RM20 millions Note under trench 1.
