hi icon! how are you??! i also got tguan bought a while ago in my portfolio.. glad to know you got a lot! hehe! what do you mean by loaded up three lorries? how many lots per lorry actually? sorry for my ignorance as i am a very small time investor.
Icon8888, the loss in the previous quarter has made TGUAN very hard to evaluate. Even though TGUAN is in expansion mode, it is in net debt position of almost 100 million assuming that I ignore the plant and equipment.
I bought some Tguan last week and added some today and the reasons why i bought Tguan are 1. Lower material cost - a chance to improve profit margin 2. Strong USD - profit will improve due to weaker ringgit 3. Expansion started since 2014 - I believe business will grow this year due to the expansion started last year. The plunged of TGUAN share price due to the loss in current quarter also provided investors to buy TGUAN at a bargain price. This is just my view. Don't know right or not la... by the way, thanks Icon8888 for his analysis! I bought TGUAN after reading his analysis sent by my value investing teacher kcchong. :) Hope we all make money together!
Their raw material is purchased with USD ? There are no local manufacturers ? Also, I thought the plunged of plastic material price is more than the % of weak ringgit vs usd ? Can some one give advice ? I really want to know
