the land is not strategic. if it is very attractive and feasible for development, it would have been developed by way of jv with the big boys. common sense. :)))

TBS is just a lifesaver for those directors..

directors forced sell down, TBS collected..

then fahmi came in, price up.. TBS is now out with profit..

price up again, director excercise esos, got money..

This is all about the private placement at lowest price as possible..

Price must down to lowest level to get a very low avérage fixed price for PP.. to bring down price that low, directors must sell down..

not logic director got margin call & forced sell.. u think they buy at high price & kena margin call?

tbs could be free rider only..
