Weekly Chart
Based on the weekly chart, it is in stage 2 which is very bullish. It broke out from its long term down trend line which signalled trend reversal. The immediate target is $1.18 with the immediate $0.96/$0.99

Daily Chart
It broke out from Falling Resistance Line with volume on 13/03 which signalled buy. And also, RSI broke out from Rounding Bottom which signalled bullish.Any weakness due to recent sharp rises and overbought situation may find $0.88 as immediate support and support 2 at $0.795. For short term trader, cut loss if $0.88 is violated. For medium trader, cut loss if $0.795 is violated.

It came from .76 cts four days ago, there r still on surplus n not deficit so how can u said is GO? By tmr if can flush out all contra players,then prepare for their next move,EGM is around the corner plus 3 cts dividend.Oops!anyway this is not a bankruptcy company.

Friday afternoon tried to q at 0.890 but could not get so bought at 0.900 and managed to get some only ...hoping to get more and with Dow's closing about 168 points , I doubt can still buy at that price. Charts showing Seacera uptrend still intact with most likely the price to move towards 1.020-1.170 levels in the near term! (NOT A CALL FOR BUY NOR SELL...TRADE AT YOUR OWN RISKS!! )
