Jbond, all is still not lost yet for Seacera. Under 11MP, gov will promote Bumi companies, this WHOLLY owned Bumi company will profit from the sale of their tiles for gov projects. Don't forget their subsidiary in construction will also benefit. I think, around this price it is a steal. Nevertheless, please do your own research.

Even though without those project, based on Seacera current earning alone is still under value.
Injection of new awarded project will be an extra bonuses to all share holders.Before was non-bumi and now become bumi control Co.Have your own evaluation, will you think is more to Gain or to lose.Only a weak mentality person will fail to spot it's potential. Nobody can guarantee your return, is a willing buy and willing sell.

As long as investment is concerned, it's take no side.l'm just trying to put the realities together so all our bros n sister could not be end up misleading .I don't followed herd instinct. Sincerely speaking everyone of us does make mistake,take it as a lesson. So be smart, do your own research carefully and make a decision instead of putting blamed on somebody.Then I'm sure you could perform better in your next investment.Time is not important as long it has potential.

You have your rational to hold on to seacera but there are also other opportunities worth to take note like Opensys. I just dun want to tie my capital with seacera for too long. At least Seacera has declared a final dividend RM0.03, which way better than other stingy rubbish stocks that I hold like Sealink, Jetson, Permaju, SMI, MTD ACPI, Melewar, Denko, Zelan & Olympia.

I remember in 2014, i was one of the biggest shareholder with 200k units in hand. at that time the price is about 70-90 cent. but increase to rm1.2-1.3 and i sold them. but now only 30k in hand. many profit from this seacera and now i have my own plastic manufacturing because of this seacera. Thanks Seacera!

I already wrote many comments about this share. But i can repeat again for new seacera holder.

Positive and confirmed:
1. new factory in perak. four times bigger than current factory in selayang.
2. holding 200acre land in kajang. price increaced 300% from rm8sqft to rm30sqft. probably this year starting the project.
3. bought 60% of SPAZ company. they are construction company. currently have rm200mil contract in hand.
4. hospital and resort project in Melaka.

not confirm:
1. Menara warisan project Rm3bil-5bil. (my opinion this project will be secured by Seacera, SCG, Sinohydro). dont look at seacera, but have a look at SCG and Sinohydro. who are they? SCG almost completing 2nd tallest building in the world. sinohydro is one of biggest power company in the world.
2. 500km electrical fence Malaysia-Thai Rm1bil-3bil. ( my opinion this project not gonna happened).


financial status.
1. got dividend 3sen per year.
2. ratio for current liability and current asset is very good. (THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT WHEN YOU SELECTING A GOOD SHARE.
3. grant from government. if i not mistake rm75mil for SPAZ. and seacera rm20mil. Bank/government helping them to develop their business.

Let me share my experience with INARI.

first two year of INARI listed in bursa, price down more than 25%.
if i not mistake from 45sen to 32sen.

I bought this Inari share at 35sen.
Why i bought this share?
1) dividend policy
2) at that time they was planning to buy Amerthon company. 3 time bigger than itself.

after 1-2 years. this share increased to RM2.8(market capital almost Rm2bil). So i sold already at rm2.5.

my opinion, the most important thing to consider very good share is look at their FUTURE PLANNING. what gonna happened in future? new project? new factory? or new acquisition? new policy, dividend policy or whatever? new business?

many other thing need to consider like balance sheet, type of business, risk of the business, etc

PETALING JAYA: Seacera Group Bhd is unhappy that Malaysia Airports Holdings Bhd unilaterally terminated a contract for the design and construction of the Malaysia Airports Academy, as well as other works at the KL International Airport.

The company said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday that the termination “is unlawful and amounts to a breach of the contract”.

It said that its 60%-owned subsidiary, SPAZ Sdn Bhd, which had been awarded the contract, reserved the right to claim all losses and damages arising from this unilateral termination.

The company said it would seek legal advice to determine the financial and legal impact from the contract termination.
