The above table is the comparison of the leading listed property developers in Malaysia. As you can see above KP Prop is the best stock to buy. I am obliged to inform you that KP Prop is my major investment.
Today shot up 5 sen striking a new high of 81 sen. In 2022 the company reported 23 sen EPS and in 2021 18 sen EPS. Currently it is selling at PE 3.5. It deserves a higher rating.

看了下 The Shore shopping mall项目, 设计结构采光差,灯也不够亮,多间商店已关,整个商场暗沉沉,河边走道这么久了也未完工,人潮是最重要的,路不通,买东西的也只是楼上住户。河边空间是能举办些街头表演来吸引各国旅客或歇脚的点,但都没行动。。。
