Jumping into full opening up & loosening up when daily cases are still on 4 digits is not such a good idea

Posted by FortuneBlooming > 2021-10-30 14:53 | Report Abuse

Israel went back up from 16 cases per day to 10,000 cases per day in less than 6 months after full opening up & loosening up

We need to always maintain stringent restrictions, keep strict safety health precautionary preventive measures including use of appropriate ppe at all times by frontliners especially, strict sop etc.

Malaysians are NOT invincible

just like Americans, Brits, Israelis & Singaporeans are NOT invincible

Just look also what has happened to our immediate neighbour Singapore after full opening up & loosening up, even with 85% vaxxing rate

Losers always not sensible enough!!! If most of giant industries(Mbb, Cimb, Genting, TG, Harta, SPM…)get smash, many direct related(packaging/transport/banking..) or indirect industries(restaurants/hotels/ will be smashed too, right? So more and more companies may closed down.. and more ppl will be jobless!!! In this circumstances, how governments can collect more taxes???

Company wont close down b’coz of 1-off tax @ still making profit..taxes wont turn company to ‘loss’

Does not matter how much taxes collected when only 1 particular race benefits from it.

It's normal when time is bad due to crisis and that's how the country has to be managed. Imposing higher taxes are imminent. Good sectors and companies will hurt slightly and it won't bring down everything. Those who have made tons have to contribute more to save the unfortunate sectors, companies and owners and revive the economy. Otherwise it will be soon becoming Congo Government without the check and balance and initiatives. Profits are still healthy and low share price dont mean anything. Just get ready if it's low enough for some investments. Get prepared and ready for it.

Extra 9% tax won't kill any big companies that can generate millions of ringgit. Moreover, it is just for one year only..

shorting gang spend every hour of their life awake dissing gloves, badmouthing gloves, attacking gloves, talking gloves down, in order to drag glove stock price down further

RSS shorting is destructive & damaging to Bursa

Posted by ThePowerOfGlove > 2021-10-30 15:28 | Report Abuse

That is why RSS shorting gang gonna be banned soon

Posted by ThePowerOfGlove > 2021-10-30 15:29 | Report Abuse

RSS shorting does not produce any real tangible positive benefit to Bursa at all

Posted by ThePowerOfGlove > 2021-10-30 15:29 | Report Abuse

So, no reason at all for RSS shorting to be allowed to continue

Posted by ThePowerOfGlove > 2021-10-30 15:31 | Report Abuse

Gloves Big 4 are collectively a significant source of tax revenue for govt of Malaysia

Lagi they already donated RM400 million to Malaysian govt last year for fighting covid

So Malaysian govt very sayang sama Gloves Big 4 & will be defending the interests of Gloves Big 4 & also other glove firms in general, including defending their stocks from the indiscriminate attacks & destruction & devastation from RSS shorting gang

Posted by ThePowerOfGlove > 2021-10-30 15:32 | Report Abuse

shorting gang are not really concerned at all about us losing our money, that line of talk is just simply their complete bullkrapping

they're really only concerned with themselves losing their money, when their desperate pathetic bullkrapping fearmongering does not work on us any more & they fail to drag down the stock price further

Posted by ThePowerOfGlove > 2021-10-30 15:33 | Report Abuse

So, once suspended, RSS shorting should not be reinstated until Bursa is in crazy gila insane hyperbull mode again

Malaysia is already not.competitive in terms of corporate tax rates of 24.% compated with neighbouring countries like singapore, Thailand, Indonesia , Vietnam , adding another 9 % will make us even.less competitive further. The question is why oue neighbouring countries.do not need to increase their tax rates to help on.the pandemic ?.Are.we the only country which need to do this ? During this though period, why the government is increasing the operating expenditures by increasing the payouts to government servants while the private sectors have to endure pay cuts .The glove companies plus other labour intensive sectors should seriously consider re locating operations to Thailand, vietnam ,indonesia or bangladesh etc. I do not think this will be one off tax but the government may continue such tax once they begin to enjoy more incomes just by a stroke of pen.

SP management tried to play down the CBP ban impact. In fact one third of sale from US not 20% as they claimed. Besides, the asp in US & EU is higher there than the rest of the world. This amplify the one third sale impact. Now we have higher corporate tax. Now is definitely not the time to collect SP.

Even tech companies like MPI , Inari or Vitrox may not be spared. They made morw than 200 millions. The shock.might spread.across the board.Even my MFCB with profit quarantee from its power plant might be affected.

I opine those with high growth factor will offset the tax worry. Those in saturated and cyclical low are most affected

While the ordinary low income people and government servants are quietly cheering on this so called 'Satu Keluaga Malaysia' budget, the unexpected additional tax of hefty 9% would certainly send a shock wave across the board on Bursa next Monday. The market may not able to digest it within a week or two. This could be the opportunity for those with cash in hand this coming weeks. Let us see.

Posted by ThePowerOfGlove > 2021-10-30 18:39 | Report Abuse

so called 'living with covid' strategy does not mean simply forgetting that covid still exists & still raging & rampaging

OTOH living with covid means living & working as normal BUT keeping all safety health precautionary preventive measures, stringent restrictions, using appropriate preventive ppe, tight sop etc. to keep covid daily cases at as low level as achievable

Posted by ThePowerOfGlove > 2021-10-30 18:48 | Report Abuse

shorting gang goons only come out in big droves when stock showing big dip, just to do their usual badmouthing scaremongering bullkrapping

when stock up they all quickly disappear, leaving only a few of the most hardcore goons among them

high vaxxing rate alone not gonna bring covid under control, vaxxing needs to be combined & integrated with restrictions, good healthcare preventive measures & precautions, use of ppe, tight sop etc.

even highly vaxxed UK & singapore struggling hard to manage covid now

Posted by ThePowerOfGlove > 2021-10-30 18:55 | Report Abuse

vaxxing alone can't do the job, as has been proven by experiences in US, UK, israel, singapore etc.

Posted by ThePowerOfGlove > 2021-10-30 18:55 | Report Abuse

only wackos, nuthedds, crackos & stuppidos still believe that covid-19 gonna disappear completely in one month, just with high vaxxing rate alone

Given all the Bad things happening to Super, i estimate profit before Tax in 2022....about 2.45Bil
At 33% WindFall Tax, Super has to pay 800mil added Tax
