Stronger or weaker ringgit – will only have a short-term impact as the cost-sharing mechanism will eventually come into effect. Topglov already in the market for decades, they know how to manage this.

Some companies change exchange rate setting in system monthly, some companies get the latest daily rate from bloomberg or reuters via automatic interface. Exchange rate gain or lost will be keep at minimum for receivables transactions.

Topglov as a multi-national company has own forex hedging policy and machanism handling the forex fluctuations.

This round of sharp increase in MYR will not last long, market will find the right position very soon.

Exchange rate of 4.30, 4.20 still consider high if we compare to pre pandemic
