kptMx - I do agree there may be the possibility of "BIG CORRECTION" ahead. However, I believe the bottom line should not lower than 0.58 (the acquisition offering price).

So, there shouldn't be huge impact for investors who holding with the cost below 0.58. My current position is to HOLD the balance stocks with radar mode on, since I had already partially profit taking before the suspension. In case the "BIG CORRECTION" appear, there may be another chance for investor to accumulate.

P/S: Strictly my personal view. Please feel free to comment.

This stock broke out of a triangle. This means that the uptrend should continue. However, timing this uptrend is important in order that there is a healthy entry.
There are some strategies to adopt in the purchase of this stock. The corporate ex is expected to go into 2H15 for completion. So, stock vs time frame is a strategy. By the way, the breakout usually is accompanied by a throwback. The %age throwback is anybody's guess - but 63.5 or a little under should be the support.

The .58 cts is safe like crazy. Imagine, Tecnic 5.50 and Skpr .55 cts. How to succeed in the corporate ex? With Tecnic at say 5.50, Dato Gan would be having a headache, right?

Gan's family are the major shares holder in SKPRES. The acquisition or disposal are the criteria of company share price. I am thinking if the changes of company market value is over come the merger price (RM200M), what will be next?

SKP Resources (SKP) will be buying the entire business of Tecnic Group for RM200m, to be satisfied with RM100m cash and the issuance of 172.4m new SKP shares at 58sen each. Upon receipt of the cash, Tecnic will distribute RM95m (RM2.35 per share) and the 172.4m shares (on the basis of 4.27 SKP shares for every 1 Tecnic share) to entitled shareholders. If the share price of SKP manages to hold at the current 69sen per share till the completion of this exercise, shareholders of Tecnic will be getting more than what they’re “giving up” as the 4.27 SKP shares will be worth RM2.94. In addition to the RM2.35 cash distribution, total receipts will be RM5.29 per share, higher than the pre-suspended share price of RM5.08 and the total disposal value of RM200m (or RM4.95 per share). Question is, are SKP share’s worth the current 69sen value? A back-of-the-envelope calculation would suggest so. The combined net profit of the two businesses should average about RM50-55m per annum. Earnings per share equates to about 5sen with the enlarged share base of SKP rising to 1.072bn, translating to a not-too-expensive price earnings ratio of 13.8x.

Due to several issues, Increasing of Fuel Price, Malaysia GST implementation, 2015 Budget Report, plus Global indexes dropped, we can see the foreign trades and investors are withdrawing from the market. The KLSE till date has 800+ counters showing red, and I expect the major impact were on properties counters.

Is this a bearish trend? Do you have extra cash for this Mega Sales? Can SKPRES be 0.625 before Friday? Lets see!
