I have this stock in my list... looking past 3 years earning.. it is improving but the stock did not follow...PAT 2009, 2010 & 2011 ; -62.1M, 0.254M, 2.2M and latest 3 qtr 2012 stand at 5.8M. based on these, i choose to hold and buy more at bottom...

low cash? no, net borrowing is more than 1/2 the turnover (as at 31.3.2012). Gearing is high (borrowing > Paid up capital), stock is high, margin is low. No dividend (no cash)......

On behalf of the Board of Directors of BKG, AmInvestment Bank Berhad is pleased to announce that the High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur had on 26 April 2013 granted an order confirming the Proposed Capital Reduction. The sealed order will be extracted and an office copy of the order will be lodged with the Companies Commission of Malaysia for the Proposed Capital Reduction to take effect.

The effective date of the Proposed Capital Reduction will be announced in due course.

This announcement is dated 26 April 2013.

the proposal is good. reduce capital to cover all the dept. no need pay interest anymore. demand for recon lorry is high for comin years. this stock start earn back profit.

This is a fuck up company that can't raise $$ through normal loans from the bankers, in order to continue running the company, they have no choice but to suck more $$ from the current shareholder by issuing more rights issue.
