1) EPS arising from the disposal of HCM is around 5.5 cts? (Can't remember the exact value..)
2) The Group is currently seeking new business ventures and is currently in discussion with MITI on new business opportunities related to the automotive industry...

You will be able to obtain these information in their most recent announcement. In any case, we will have to wait for the EGM next Friday, 31st March 2017.

My estimate is that the ordinary resolution for the EGM will be approved next Friday!!

If this pulls through, the group should look forward to better prospects in the near future!! If MITI discussion can prevail...:)

Upside gaining momentum...disposal will induce positive cashflow for the group for new possible business ventures with MITI.

8wpwtmt8, the warrants carry a conversion price of 20 cts. When the underlying shares reaches the optimum value, the warrant will eventually self beautify..:)

When comparing with WA from other counters, this one seems to be lacking in premium for now...let's see whether it will ''self beautify'' later on. For now, it seems undervalued...

No target price. The EGM is on this Friday 31 March to approve the disposal of Hitachi shares with a value of RM22 million. The price on this Friday morning is the target price. RM22 million when market cap for the entire company is only RM68 million is a lot.
