Yes Azta - new management and MD. They are selling off their non profitable cosmeceutical business and assets for about RM14 mil.Hopefully there will be a turn around after this.They will still continue manufacturing and marketing drugs at their Sg Bakap manufacturing plant. Maybe ripe time to buy. Cheerios

Thanks azta12 - have been accumulating and averaging my Biosis shares. Just have to have patience now. At least with the loss making cosmetic business taken out of its books soon, it should allow the new management better focus in their more profitable prescription product business. Lets hope Azta12 that the new chairman can use his experience and influence since he has sound knowledge of the industry. he is quite a charismatic and approachable chap as I have met him before.

Nope. drc bought luster when it was 0.09..wtv price he throw hes still gaining profits..but what i heard and know is hes disposing everything in luster and changing his counter to biosis now. I dont know why people are sooo stupid too believe that luster will be working with TSSM for the port..come on..deep down luster is just a plastic manufacturing company..TSSM now busy with Puncak Semangat to bid against redtone for the DTTB bid.still got time for petty stock like luster meh..sigh
