actually i got the link from one of the members here many months back and i save the link for checking purpose...cuz update here is much much faster than bursa.....well at least we know the case has been closed and not delay ! and this lead us to reassessment court which decide how much DPS getting.....it is final round and i hope no more delay.....

Good--- regardless where the reassessment case is held....it won't be long --2 Days court time
bcoz neither party can submit new claims and All claims must be Itemised and only Item(s)
that in dispute will take a long time to clear ( 15mins---hahaha)
The Original High Court Judge that approved the Claims is Not "half past Six judge", he sit in the
panel of Appeal Court Judge (senior and likely promoted to Federal Court panel----no judges
will jeopardize their career in this final moment of their life)

Yes cannot drag any more...appeal court instruction on reassessment must be carried out unless nullified by Federal Court( tomolo Federal court will send direction )----have to wait and see

Surprise, surprise ..... words from the federal court is that DPS's leave application was rejected !
So DPS appeal at Federal Court is finished. Matter is now moved to high court for reassessment.

well if whats mango says is correct, surely the court will decide on the reasonable sum to reimburse back to DPS, and i dont see any reason why DPS want to appeal and prolong the matter...jst take $$ and moved on, already 2yrs ! jst logic saying.....anyway no point argue too much, jst wait for the annoucement

When I said "its decision is appealable" , I mean the pending high court decision on re-assessment is appealable, if any party is not satisfied with the re-assessed quantum.
The latest Federal Court decision rejecting the DPS leave application is final and not appealable.

reassessment order comes from Appeal Court...In order to challenge this Order, you have to go
to a Higher Court that is Federal Court ( if closed File then How? Ask Agong? Ridiculous!!)
Or you ask Judge Mango to setup a Kangaroo Court

Look like the Federal court does not want to entertain DPS until re-assessment is done, as there likely will be additional evidences produced in the re-assessment.
The Federal Court only want to deliberate the matter when all evidences are made available.

What we want is application rejected. Shorter the waiting. And, reassessment does not mean the amount claim to be paid is much reduce. I more wonder if blocker would like goreng this counter by this successful claim.
