Good news, court case for reassesment is closed for 23/01/2017. Meaning to say that DPS won at Federal court??. That is why no need to go back for reassesment??Hooray. DPS Up Up Up...........

The only thing I can think Off is Dps and Hong Leong has agreed to a private settlement therefore
High Court reassessment filed is closed
We surely need a Update from DPS----keep your eyes peeped on Dps shares movement-----

Words from Shah Alam high court was that the reassessment on 23/1/17 is still on, the Status File Closed only indicate that the original main file has been closed previously. If still have doubt, u may call up the Shah Alam court.

My friend, don't give any hope for the case you know nothing. If the dps got good news, insiders already goreng this stock few days ago. That's why retailers always lost their money in stocks bcoz they only play when news is out. When news is out, it is too late to you to play. Many trapped in stock like DGSB at 0.055,they chase when news out, see what dgsb price now.

Insider goreng when they don't have enough shares and no creditable news,,,,,my calculation over
6months period,,,, buying is close to 65millions and never return back to the system,,,,,,main reason

The reassessment gonna takes approximately 6 months to go. If MSIG still not happy with the reassessed sum, can they appeal it (reassessed sum) again???I prefer to go for out of court settlement. RM9.5Million (half of the claim sum) or RM14.25Million also ok.... I have been holding the shares since April last year and i think gonna hold for 1 more year......Alamak. ....
