In the "worst" case scenario, if parties appeal all the way from Appeal Court to Federal Court after the reassessed sum is decided, then this legal tussle will take at least another 2 years !!

can any parties appeal again? i thought this case has already gone to COA when the quantum was decided and now the case is closed.. it should be decision of how much already rite? to me it does not make sense when COA has already closed this case.. if like this, then this will be never ending story if can appeal and appeal and appeal... i am not familiar with Malaysia Law but to me it does not make sense

Previously COA decided only on the original quantum. The reassessed quantum is another matter, most likely with additional evidences, which either parties is allowed to appeal to COA and later Federal Court if not satisfied.

I told you judge mango will return (i expect 6months later but already IN in 2 hours) Cannot
sleep, cannot eat- judge mango---why so worry---still got 6 months---

As a "learned judge", you cannot distinguish between a "civil Rights" and Commercial case like
dps ----Civil Rights you can fight All the way to England....

Too reduce backlog, most commercial suits are expedite to only 3years (max 4yrs--)

Puan Norhayati can start the re-assessement case 2 weeks after case management(6 Feb) if she is free....Court time 2 -3 days max (bcoz no need witness unless both party agreed) Then result

Did you see i put case management on 6Feb...if Puan Norhayati is Not a judge (as in the case
Judge Mango) One judge will come along at a fixed, you don't have to worry-----your target is
6 months

My problem is not with Judge Mango but How to get rid of the people Qing at 0.075 and 0.07....
According to ironshirt, 65million already in someone pocket, considering dps outstanding shares
only 500million (maybe half are controlled by Peter) there is not much shares hanging around

Can anyone confirm that 65million shares already in someone's pocket? So meaning to say that, the BB will goreng this counter very soon? I think the reassement will come to the end very soon. I have checked with my solicitor fren, acoridng to him; for tafsiran ganti rugi normally can get it done within 2 months from the 1st case manegement date. If what JJchan said is true, i think the BB will goreng this counter anytime from now.

I think Peter will not Sell those shares controlled by him bcoz he has to announce to Bursa so
he and his maicai are buying/collecting from open market ( someone is always delaying court
case announcement (results) )

Assuming DPS got RM9.5Million from MSIG, the share price will hit 0.12 or 0.13 which is 50% increment from the current price at RM0.08. I also noticed 1 thing, based on the latest quarter result; DPS was in net cash position and without utilizing any Overdraft. Meaning to say that DPS's financial is changing to be better compared to last few years(mainly riding on Overdraft Facility).
So in short term, we can expect to see the share price movement anytime from now....

The last run-up when High Court announced Dps had won ( before going to Appeal Court)
I counted one buyer collected about 13-16million from 0.10 to 0.115 (this block didn't return)
Bcoz follow-up fall from 0.10 to 0.08 is very small in Volume

Agree with JJ, msig already lost at appeal court and then itself ask for reassessment. Then case go to federal court. Rejected, no more appeal. No reason, msig can deny the reassessment.

Actually MSIG didn't lose the COA entirely as they were given the chance for reassessment of quantum as requested by them.
DPS knowing that the reassessed quantum may be much lesser than the original sum (as additional evidences detrimental to DPS will be adduced by MSIG) appeal to the Federal Court to avoid the reassessment.
As DPS lost the Federal Court appeal, they now have to face the reassessment.

If the reassessed sum is much less than the original judgment sum, DPS is likely to appeal as DPS want to claim as much as possible, evidently shown by their earlier appeal to the Federal Court.

On the other hand, if the reassessed sum is not much different from the original judgment sum, then MSIG might appeal !

So either way, appeal after the reassessment is over is a possibility not to be discounted. Good luck to all.
