Actual if you just see the number.
No growth.
But if you look the balance sheet..
Many hidden gem at there.

If no growthing the company no able yo give 10 sen dividend , it will reduce the divedend or maintain.

If Cocoland increase the dividend & increase the dividend , sure something gem inside in the balance sheet.

Now 0.975... Consider still OK below RM1.

Thx bro for your information , after a long wait time for reasonable price n read many information about cocoaland , i decided to buy in 10k units at 0.97 this morning because it will surge after the world border beginning to open n life back to normal , at the same time enjoy also the yummy dividend !
China market is a focus , i got many China friends who just like these kind of sweety foods !
F&N is their big supporter ,so i think is very comfort to buy this stock n sleep silently night !
