RECEIPT OF NOTICE OF UNCONDITIONAL MANDATORY TAKE-OVER OFFER FROM KENANGA INVESTMENT BANK BERHAD ON BEHALF OF DATO SERI ISMAIL @ FAROUK BIN ABDULLAH AND IMPIANA SDN BHD (COLLECTIVELY, THE "JOINT OFFERORS") The Board of Directors of Bio Osmo wishes to announce that the Company has, on 21 February 2019, received a notice of unconditional mandatory take-over offer (“Notice”) from Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad, on behalf of the Joint Offerors, to acquire all the remaining ordinary shares in Bio Osmo not already held by the Joint Offerors and persons acting in concert with them (“Offer Shares”) for a cash consideration of RM0.05 per Offer Share.
A copy of the Notice is attached herewith. The Notice will be posted to the shareholders of Bio Osmo within 7 days of its receipt.

Well said, As their resort and hotel will be fully operate by 2022. So if can`t hold till then and if win a good 10 - 20 % profit then should not hold it. I shall think myself as a Investor to buy their Villa and then lease back to them. From build it till start to collect rental will take around 3 years and just nice is 2022. ;)
actually, their malaysia operation do very poorly.
their main flagship cherating are currently under development (operational 2021)
the only profitable is impiana management who got management fee from their impiana overseas oversea.
do note that dato farouk only inject the malaysia operation into the bioosmo, not the entire impiana group. the one that did very good is the Thailand and Indonesia part.
other than that, all malaysia hotel dont do that good.
