The Group's revenue in the second quarter ended 31 March 2021 was RM1.061 million as compared to RM2.893 million recorded in the immediate preceding quarter. The decrease in revenue was due to lower occupancy rate from hotel operation segment and suspension of construction work from the property sales segment. As a result of lower revenue, the Group recorded a loss after tax of RM3.229 million during the current quarter compared with RM2.205 million loss after tax during the immediate preceding quarter which was due to the continuous closure of the international borders and restrictions on inter-state travel due to Movement Control Order (MCO). summary: the qr result align to other leisure and property segment. 0.06 is the lowest low and let see if can break 0.06.
i think cash flow no problem till end of the year. beside kenanga and 1 gov agency, the cimb commence bought at what price on Jun'20 ? PP price? any directors/corporation sell for past 1 year? after that decide is worth to invest in hotel and property biz at 6 cents though not sure still can get at 0.06 or below now..
Some encouraging news....Impiana having their present in Phukets mat get a boost if there is a "revenge travel" from those countries who get fully vaccinated...
