OCBC Treasury Research sees Brent crude oil reaching US$80
per barrel, possibly before the end of July, if the

2021大马油气业展望和点评一家关注的油气公司
以下是几张图是从大马国油在2019和2020展望报告书里讯息。
可以看到原先计划2021年会是大马油气业回春的一年，估计很多项目合约会在今年2020释出和执行，无奈在疫情的影响下，国油也收紧了Capex和 Opex。但是根据业内人士指出，今年遭展期的项目会继续在明年继续推进，2021会一次过做完2020年和原本2021的项目。
由于油气业在大马的业内人士，大多数都是友族和国外人士，所以很多人对石油公司在股票投资这一块都是雾里看花，来来去去比较了解的都是那几家比较出名的油气公司，例如Serba Dinamik, Yinson, Dialog , Sapura Energy 和Armada。
这一回就乘着油价回春，版主也对这个行业熟悉之外，今天就来介绍一家小而美的油气公司。
大马原油储存量，截止至2019年，大约有120亿桶石油有待抽取。第一口油井在1910年在美里发掘至今也有超过100多年的历史。所以呢，很多油井都已经老旧和需要持续维修或着已经开采完毕的油井需要进行封井( Well Abandonment)。
有一家上市公司UZMA,就是这一方面Hydraulic Workover Unit的专家。大马很多的油井如果需要做Well Intervention,不管是Reactivation, Well Casing Repair , Sand Cleanout, Workover, Well Abandonment,都是会经过UZMA的手。就在今年在一年而已，尽管油价回跌，公司还是拿到了六项合约，包过了在上周拿到Hibiscus Sea 的合约。UZMA的生意模式，在大马这个以Brownfield为主的国家中可以说是长做常有。
UZMA手头上的合约有14亿，接下来会竞标29亿的合约(确实大马岸外很多的旧油井都需要持续的维修)。公司的客户大多数为现金流健康的油气公司，例如Petronas Carigali, Shell的公司，所以UZMA面对坏账或违约的几率不高。
UZMA其中一个显著投资者就有股市金手指,Creador基金的Brahmal。他的入手价估计大约在 RM 0.52到 0.55之间。
总结：UZMA的生意模式在这个行业算是独一无二，不需像其他Offshore Supply Vessel (OSV)的出租公司或者提供Hook Up Commissioning (HUC)服务公司,低入门槛，需要面对那么多行家的竞争。例如最近Armada就是要卖出旗下的不怎么赚钱或亏钱OSV来瘦身。除外，公司也积极进军新能源行业看到了一些回报，在上个季度贡献了600万的营业额，和大约20万的盈利。

SINGAPORE: Oil prices rose for a second session on Monday as concerns over shut outpur in the United States, the world's biggest produces, following damage from Hurricane Ida supported the market, along with expectations for higher demand.
Brent crude rose 67 cents, or 0.9% to $73.59 a barrel, and U.S. West Texas Intermediate(WTI) crude also added 66 cents or 1% to $70.38 at 0633 GMT.
