Main business involve property. NTA RM1.83 and just include as a shariah counter are the main reasons attracted a lot support to the price.....hopefully got news ...the price will shoot up to RM1.85...

I feel the shariah counter actaullyquite normal issue what , becaUSE many good counters also not under shariah counter , seem shariah counter is not a big deal ?

Closed at RM1.10....still far away from NTA RM1.83. ...need shariah fund power, window dressing power and bonus issue / dividend to push further upward price. Potential big gap upward to make money.....buy buy...buy ..haha.

It is a good opportunity to buy at lower price now....create a chance to buy lower.. just buy ,...buy..haha.. window dressing will push up further in year end closing.

NTA of 1.83 is base on old S&P. If the co revalue the land they have to pay gain tax. so the existing market value should be much higher, hence NTA should be higher too.

Other than the LaiMeng school land, Magna owns some other undeveloped lands in prime areas, which are what HYB is eyeing for. There will be more agendas behind; let's see!
