Don’t cry just hold it, ATA consider big ems player in Malaysia. Don’t think without Diesoon (dyson) ATAims will collapse. EMS can easily get customer but this need efficient management to get new customer.

My sympathies for holders who bought based on fundamentals & expectations for riding on Dyson's coattails. Investing is never easy & so we must all have a system that can minimise mistakes & maximise accuracies.

It's not possible to fill such a big gap left by Dyson overnight.

Each contract needs time for POC and then prototyping and follow by mass production.

Besides that, ATA needs time to rectify and comply it's corporate sustainability.

Easily 1-2 years is possible.

ON April 19, the US Customs and Border Protection Department (CBP) acknowledged receipt of my formal complaint concerning allegations of
1. systemic forced labour (including, but not limited to unethical recruitment practices and
2. inadequate working/living conditions) at ATA IMS Bhd.

COMPLAINT 1 has been around since mega foreign workers recruiting project last 10 years
I heard of workers passport being detained by workers supplier even though they dont owe LHDN billions of dollars. Their salaries disbursement are controlLed by a cartel in cohort with HR department of the factory. I heard every month , one supplier of 300 workers to a factory earning few hundred thousand of "extortion money or 10% corrupt money " from the worker because he and the HR are buddies.
From time to time we hear of cases of foreign workers salary 3 months not paid and the supplier disappeared, says the HR. HR should sign letter to be guarantor for the salary.,not the cartel

2.Made worse by recent COVID19 PANDEMIC

"If the above is true, many companies in Malaysia could be in big shit trouble when US Customs and Border Protection Department (CBP) started to investigate all the big companies in Malaysia".

By the way, most of the world markets are at or near record high, in fact even higher than the pre-pandemic level.

The upside is limited. Big speculators are looking for any excuses to sell down the market.

The big speculators can make big money when market crushes. Only retail punters will can crush as they seldom know how to short the market

The internal staff sure know well the development with Dyson, possibly Dyson acknowledge the interference of Malaysia Government and extend warning to ATA for another one year to ractify all forced labour issues duly co-monitored by Malaysian Government ???
Then it may be up up up again.

If the top management can secure biz from 2nd n 3rd largest clients of the company n the damage still can be managed to certain extent, it is irrational to think to drop to below 20-25 cents whereas 1 month ago few research houses still given target price of RM2.00-2.50( kind of funny )… Labour issues maybe able to be solved but it looks like more n more companies facing the bad name of forced labour by the US n U.K. standard …
