（吉隆坡5日讯）绿盛世（ECOWLD，8206，主板产业股）与UEM阳光（UEMS，5148 ，主板产业股）今日宣布将正式考虑合并，打造全马规模最大的产业发展集团之一！

绿盛世今日向交易所报备，在上周五收到来自UEM集团的信函，后者建议绿盛世董事部考虑接受与UEM阳光的合并计划。

根据文告，合并的方式将会是双方互换股权和凭单。

合并之后，绿盛世将会成为UEM阳光的独资子公司，同时前者会从大马交易所的主板除牌下市。

绿盛世称，董事部将会在近期内研究合并计划，之后会做进一步的公布。

为配合重大公布，绿盛世和UEM阳光早盘开市后，宣布暂停交易1小时至早上10时。

If Trump recovers by just taking Regeneron's cocktail of antibodies, it's bad for gloves and vaccines. Regeneron is in the 3rd category, it's treatment, not vaccine.

But even Regeneron's cocktail is approved, they can only make 200,000 doses per month.
