In other thread, slight negative comment will get bullet holes in the vest very fast. Even the company is not doing well, you should not say anything not good or else.

Everyone got no confidence in this company. A company good at hiring good people to marketing and branding only.

Choice of location is super bad for almost all its property. Only look good and high class.

This happened when good locations already taken up but still want to develop to deplete all available funds.

ROE will be low. Debt will be high. Sales might be OK. Buyers of property and shares will regret.
