I think SP Setia still got something in their sleeve.

So far, almost every main construction players have got their slice of the Government ETP projects locally but SP Setia have yet to get secure any. They got construction arm - Setia Precast S/B.

Just search for this entity called Sentosa Jitra S/B & the announcement made by SP Setia on the 17 January 2011.

The recently announced share placements might be one of PNB strategy to improve the public share holding spread & the cause of the share price movement as well.

normally the moment they speak so confidently, it means they have secure some bulk orders from institutional investors, else, if cannot hit the target, where to place his face ? Do you think Tan Sri is that kind of people that can afford to lose face type? :)

even if the cannot sell to public, they still got battalion of SP Setia & Sime Darby staffs , each division high ranking officers take 1 unit easily help to achieve the target already.

No money, contra from salaries :), lol
