why the profit decreased 7% instead of increase 25%?

There is a main reason which is 100% increase in administration expenses compared to last year. But you know why it's increased 100%?

I wrote an email to PRLEXUS to ask the reason why the administration expenses so high, they replied:

As disclosed in page 9 of the interim report, the higher administrative expense was due to the recognition of the fair value on ESOS amounted to RM 1.845 million. This is a one-off expense for this financial year unless the Company grants the second tranche of ESOS to its employees. No decision has been made to issue the second tranche now, but under the ESOS By-Laws, it is always the discretion of the Company to grant ESOS as and when it deems fit.

What do you understand earning profit? If Prlexus earning profit, that's mean their stiff competitor, Magni earned less. Please see how much Magni earned in quarterly financial report to prove my statement!

My advice to the fresh investors is sell it on January,2014. You can't see how terrible it will be dropped, but you can see how much it will be increased in year 2014. I am so happy found this counter. :)

Considering the price point of the finished goods, I think branded sports wear manufactured should not be affected. Q3 results actually quite good, with rising sales trend intact. If we exclude the esos charge of 1.8m (which is accounting charge without cash flow effect), the eps actually went up compared to Q3-2012. Any significant drop is chance to accumulate, in my opinion.

most contra already out yesterday..you can see it through the selling of volume. Now the sellers are the one who hold the shares, but lack of information, the market price should be more RM1.2. I recommend other stock which is also my favourite 2014 stock, Homeriz.

Remember my words, homeriz and prlexus are stocks until 2014! But not 2015! I predict PRLEXUS will shoot up until RM 2.5 at the end of 2014 and then split again and drop until RM1.90(if no split) in 2015. guess yourself for Homeriz. Follow my prediction until the end of December will make you earn another 100% profit in this counter. Alan Tan, you are so bad, you want me to type all my analysis here words by words for the Homeriz???? I have already shared the analysis for this counter, PRLEXUS, I dont wish to type a long analysis again!!!
