Extracted from their 2018 annual report, pg 39

As at 30 June 2018, RM22 mil allocated for construction of new plant in Vietnam from Right issue proceeds to be fully utilised in 2 years, and as at july 2018, RM2.1 million spent on construction

So not completed yet, you mean ?

it's used part of right issue proceeds to finance the garment factory in Vietnam. edge 29/9/2017!

Their Textile dept is still making losses of RM16M due to start up cost. I believe their textile dept will contribute positively in coming quarters + strong performance Apparel dept, their results will be fantastic. Good luck to all.

On 20 June 2016, the Group completed a Rights Issue
exercise with the listing of 56,832,730 Rights Shares
with 56,832,730 free Warrants raising a total of RM56.8
million. The proceeds raised from the Rights Issue exercise
was initially for setting-up the fabric mill in Kluang, Johor
and a new apparel manufacturing facility in Vietnam.
Due to the abrupt withdrawal of the US from the Trans
Pacific Partnership Agreement, the Group decided to
focus its priorities on the completion and commissioning
of the fabric mill and temporarily suspend the Vietnam
project. At the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 29
December 2017, the shareholders approved the resolution
to reallocate proceeds amounting to RM19.9 million to be
utilized for the said fabric mill.

look at the eps for latest qtr
somemore they own create own textile company that supply own material to reduce cost, increase margin and also company is building the led board advertisement to improve its balance sheet/revenue
ofcourse this is only 1 quater, however if next qtr can sustain definetely this stock will easily cross rm 1, rm 1.2 is achievable too
