Sometime, the fundamental analysis doesn't tally with the price that we are seeing right now. Normally, stock market should be seen months ahead price action yet we are seeing a loser stock here.

Recession seriously suppressing the market down to the rabit hole it seems. Should have sold this stock when i got chance at the high peak. My bad believing that it will soar higher and higher!

Sale of Bulugan lands already completed by 2/3 and about Rm500 millions out of Rm731. 09 millions already received and will be reported in 3rd qtr results together with normal operations

With cash of rm500 millions set aside out of rm731. 09 millions from bulugan land sold plus Tsh own cash over rm270 millions (total cash by then rm820 millions over debt of rm800 millions)

Tsh will from early 2023 be a debt free entity

And after Tsh turns into a debt free entity it can start to follow Innoplant example by giving out good dividends

See a simple calculation

this qtr earned 4.15 sen

annualised 4.15 sen x 4
= 16.6 sen

if 60% dividend from Profit like Bplant and Hs plant

then

multiply 16.6 sen by 0.6

= 9.96 sen

to get dividend by percentage

divides 9.96 by Rm1.09 (current real time price of Tsh)

= 9.1%

a nice dividend of yearly 9.1% is better than Bank FD at 2.25% while at the same time we wait for Kutai/Nusantara lands to appreciate in value

Tsh will have the best of both worlds

1. Dividend of 9.1% (more or less like these : Klk, Uplant, innoplant, Hs plant, Bplant, Taann

2. Plus asset appreciation of lands in Kutai /Nusantara 94700 acres and others

Tsh also get regular income from its investments in Innoplant (21.95%)

jv with Wilmar Refinery

Others like 300,000 acres of forest concession and Ekowood

Indonesia plantation companies will not enjoy CPO price of RM 5000-6500 like what in Malaysia.

Indonesia CPO local price is RM (5000 to 6500) minus Levy minus export duty.

So whether youu sell local or export you cannot run away from the Levy and export duty.

@ Pinky. For fundamental AND “Usual” counter , yes you are right. But for some counter, not as easy as you think. Once promoter is inside the counter, it will create a volatility and create lot of opportunity to trade
Like today this TSH, even the poor result also won’t cause the share price down, it brings meaning of…………….you guess , I guess, promoter also guess.

Operators already bungkus this counter. Already said long time ago. Results good or not, CPO price high or not, dividend got or not, doesn't matter. All bungkus by operators. Below 1.12 is a must for this week. Next, below 1.15 is a must b4 it is allowed to move up back to 1.3++ in Nov and 1.5++ in Dec.

In Bursa, it always about the operators. Nothing about TA or FA. Those only for syiok sendiri analysis when operators are not in the counters. If operators bungkus the counter, all the FA or TA can just throw inside rubbish bin.
