And he bought all the way down in correction and he will buy up again

today our simedarby plant, ioi corp, thplant and bplant all giving good dividends

We bought Bplant at 57 sen when people were selling due to Bplant going into algae business

At 57 sen was cheap then

We already received 16 sen dividend from bplant and our cost after deducting dividend is only 41 sen

now Bplant is giving us a nice 2.75 sen dividend

our cost will be further reduced to only to 38.25 sen for bplant

What happens to Bplant will be repeated in Tsh as well

now Tsh is only Rm1.04

if Tsh follows Innoplant give out 6 sen dividend or more quarterly those who dare to buy Tsh now will enjoy long term dividend like Bplant as well

Tsh sale of bulugan lands 2/3 in early completion and about Rm500 millions cash received

This fantastic result will be reported in Nov 2022 results

A profit of 22 sen not counting profit from normal operation

So now is the time to be greedy when others are fearful due to constant spamming by naysayers

These are good examples of Director buying when have have given up

Bonia boss bought Bonia when it was, bombed out at 48 sen

Now only people chase over Rm2. 20

Daiman boss bought at Rm1. 20 till Rm2. 14

And he offered Rm3. 00 to take Daiman private

Now got money also cannot get Daiman as it is no longer available

Who knows?

Some day you will have to pay a higher price for Tsh just like those chasing Bonia

Or even got money cannot get after it is taken private like Daiman

So we do not miss this buying opportunity when Director is charging ahead in non stop buying

The figures are all in

Sale of Bulugan lands rm731. 09 millions

Rm550 mil will be used to pare down debts of rm839 millions

Cash in hand is Rm282 millons

Total debt less cash

Only Rm7 million debt left

Easy

One qtr now make Rm57 million

One year will make Rm228 millions

By early next year or very soon Tsh will be debt free and start paying good dividends like Inno

Ask yourself

Can a debt free cash rich co go bankrupt?

Will it ask for money like Yinson by Rights issue
Or will it give you good dividends and cash payout?

We bought Bplant at 57 sen

Already received 16 sen total dividend

Cost now 41sen

Bplant just announced 2.75 sen dividend

After that our cost will be further reduced to 38.25 sen

In time to come our bplant will be FOC (free of charge) and will continue to receive good dividends for ever
