Remark 1: Fair enough....Before IPO, WCT construction must present excellent earning growth to fetch higher valuation.....but, most its construction order only secure last year...therefore, need more time for earning to kick in allow progress of construction gaining pace before IPO.....another 6 mth - 1yr should be sufficient
Remark 2: IPO for REITS is on track as mall already in operation, steady earning visibility is high.

bought this since 2016, then saw it up few times to 1.7+ then always come down to 1.6+. Decided to sell on the last 1.7+, now looking to buy some.....
