value_invest, in term of business, I still feel that WCT's shopping malls can't be injected into Pavillion reits. How can the asset of Company A go to Company B? Unless it is merger or acquisition. We should realise that Desmond buys 19.66% share of WCT, not Pavillion. No matter how, importance is its share price will be up. Everyone is willing to earn money :)

Listing of reit is to gather more fund to reduce debt. Nobody knows whether d listing will be continued after d sales of 19.6% share. For me, I think the listing will be on also
WCT is deeply under value because of cash flow problem, Once WCT's main cash flow problem is solve, share price will react to RM2.50 soon... Good buy now.... WCT-WE is very good proxy for WCT
Looking at Fundamental, WCT is deeply undervalue. WCT's malls will be injected into Paviliion reits, WCT can concentrate in construction now with it order book of RM5bil....

Desmond acquire wct mainly is to for its expertise in construction. There are many project available awaiting him to develop, including latest Taman Tun redevelopment, JV with bandaraya. Previously, Desmond project opt to award to malton construction unit, but, it seem full tight hand now, therefore, Desmond Lim need WCT, a synergistic effect
