Those chase high are now getting worry, no new purchasers follow, price is not going up as expected. May be I am too early to say, see how this afternoon.
bear in mind, despite founder sold out his stake in wct for RM 2.50, reap huge gain (at least double up profit if just compared to its recent right share issue). but founder still hold substantial stake in warrant, namely wct-wd and wct-we.
With Desmond lim become controlling shareholder, it will be on fast track for Wct to divest all its mall to its sister company pavilion REITS now, degearing Wct substantially. Wct can opt total disposal in order to raise maximum profit and cash out all instead of seeking IPO and retain stake again, as to Desmond lim, Wct total disposal of its mall to pavilion REITS is still all under his empire group of company.
