Hehe look left n right b4 u run la. If car come can kill u la. Still too early to knw abt private placement price n my guess is 1.67 or 1.68 if it goes thru. I guess by judging the price movement n support level. Bt frm what i knw the management will try to dispose some asset to pare down the debt. Js my opinion only n i am js a new bird in share market. WCT has an high debt ratio issue. Indeed the private placement was planned to raise cash to pare down the debts in some way.
but with the rumoured change of ownership, it will also make sense for the new owner to undertake a private placement or right issue to raise cash to pare down the debts.
Question is how much will the counter run before the change of majority shareholder???

On monday n today i notice v strong seller selling non stop as is it wct going bust. I really cantunderstand as seller can wait n opt for a better price to sell. Bt instead choose to sell as no tomorrow pushing down the price. Something nt right..

wongchin. because wct had been stagnent for long period. Once got some catalyst, many will sell it off before it drop back to initial stage. Will break 1.80 soon.XD

Price still stays around 1.70 indicates that despite strong seller, there's an equivalent of strong buyer as well. So let see if they want it to break the 1.76/1.80 area.

ragstorich, where did you get the RM2.50 price for the DBT? The announcement at Bursa website by the new owner was silent on the price. Even the notice of cessation of interest by the old owner does not mention the price of the DBT.
