It seem the support level of Sendai is pegged at Rm 1.05. I have 58 lots ( purchased price 0.70-1.20) now. Will accumulate more when the price dropped to the support level. Happy investing!
I refer to nichOlas'comments criticizing me for selling Fucus Lumber which I declared on 24 Aug 2016 that I sold so much that I was no longer a substantial holder. If you look at the price chart you can see that the price has been falling after I sold. What is so wrong in selling at the peak price? It looks like you are angry with me because you were buying Focus Lumber when I was selling.
I have used all my sale proceeds to buy JAKS and Eversendai which I have openly declared as substantial shareholders. If you look at the price charts of JAKS and Eversendai you can see that the prices of these 2 stocks are higher than my purchase prices.
Readers can see that nichOlas has been making stupid comments but he wants readers to think that he is smart.
If he is really so smart, he should write and post share recommendations for people to see. He should also show the stocks and the number of shares he is holding so that readers can judge him better.
Total Group Borrowing and Debt securities as of 31 Mach 2017 is 1,162,978,000. 75.8 million that it is going to raise is 6.5% of total debt. Is that a signal the price will run soon ?
Placement to Macquarie Bank Limited The issue price of the Placement Shares will be fixed at a later date with a 10% discount To be implemented in multiple tranches within 12 months Subscription Date : Any date that Macquarie Bank sends a subscription notice to Eversendai Subscription Price : On each subscription date, the subscription price of each Placement Share shall be an amount equal to the VWAP of the Shares as traded on Bursa Securities during the 5 consecutive trading days immediately preceding the relevant Subscription Date less 10% Committed Subscription : Meaning ??? Subscription Expiry Date : Subscription Agreement will expire 12 months
Good or bad? Good is that Macquarie Bank is willing to invest in Eversendai which imply confidence which is much needed for this company (apart from Mr Koon) The issue price has not been fixed. So it may go up. It may also go down. Multiple tranches within 12 months. That means the placement may be broken to several tranches.
My question is why should Macquarie be given the advantage of a 10% discount. (say 98s) To be fair to minority shareholders, they should be made to acquire in the open market just like everyone else (same with what Mr Koon did) Eversendai’s share price has recently been quite stable. Is it just a coincidence? (Mr Koon’s shareholder had remain at 8.30% since 19th July up to this announcement) With this placement of 10% to Macquarie, Macquarie “out of the blue” becomes the 2nd largest shareholder ahead of Mr Koon. How will Eversendai's share price go from now onwards? A $$$ question! To Mr Koon (if you are reading this) I hope you can share your thoughts. Thank you
"...When a publicly traded company issues a private placement, existing shareholders often sustain at least a short-term loss from the resulting dilution of their shares. However, stockholders may see long-term gains if the company can effectively invest the extra capital obtained and ultimately increase its revenues and profitability."
Just buy, follow KYY,don't regret after Sendai shoot up one or two fold like latitude, liihen & VS,those chased high before are those bad mouthed KYY today, don't be one of them, buy when nobody chasing it.
after pipi selling anything above 75 is a real gain and get back in below 75 when the battle settle down .. another advantage for the big sharks with holding and staying power,, for the ikan bilis mati katak got to wait for long time for the price to recover IF FA reports encouraging... for now ,, better ciao..
Small investors consider share placement will dilute their holdings and it is not good for them because they do not understand the whole process. Share placement is a clever way for the company to get a cash injection.
Unless the company has good profit growth prospect, Macquarie Bank or other institutional funds will not want to buy placement shares even at a discount.
Dear Mr Khoon, do you dare to sialang and support the price now? You teach people to sialang but now you hide at behind? Please be a man and show your sincerity.
