csl had announced good financial results all the times; quarter after quarter....CF continuous dispose his holding at rubbish prices.....the latest quarterly announcement will be the same...it's pretty easy to predict the outcome when the variables are remained the same....

When directors'equity was under forced selling n his contolling power is dangerously reduced, definitely there won't be any ssb because the directors will be anxiously buying back to recoup power for themselves at cheap price not accumulating shares for the company which doesn't completely belong to them.
If they exercise SSB,ther are actually competing with themselves and this is a silly move,do you grasp my point.

1)was csl announced good result since its inception in bursa? answer....yes...

2) was CSL announced good dividend in 2013........answer ....yes...

3) Was the price in csl trended down after the above announcement.....yes....

4) was CF divested its shareholding after the above announcement.......yes......

5) was the 3.8 cents dividend announcement proven no impact it supporting its price....answer...yes...

6) what will make csl price in reversal trend.....answer ....trigger sbb buyback up to 10% of its equity base......and trigger personal buyback the share to the level of 34% of its equity base ...announce taking private at price not less than rm0.93.......and comes out with multiple proposal to reward its shareholder....


this quiz test has a therapy impact to cure blinded ppl with conflict of interest.

1)very mild effect on its price after the Q4 result announcement.....it would reported a consistent result as of the previous quarters. Price ranging from rm0.18-rm0.23....


2) after the annual report is out......price would below rm0.10.
