In the first place....did I mention there will be no dividend announced by csl? Did I mention csl is confirmed without the cash in my write up? dun talk nonsense here......although I knew had suffered big paper loss that practically no way to recover your entire investment in csl....

what I stressed over many times ....the central issue in csl is not lies in dividend or cash issue....

what I challenge is the management issue ....why sold the share at rubbish price when the cash is 4.5 times higher than its share price and there is no personal buyback or SBB by the company. Instead....talking rubbish putting the money in fixed deposit?????

Vulture and crocodile worldwide particularly from HK and china won't let the situation continues if the real cash is with the company......someone will and had initiated the reverse takeover lioa.....when cf loss his controlling stake legally.

issues surmounting in csl is big and not able to resolve by our write up here! Any attempt to recovery paper loss is a waste of time as CF had voted with no confidence in csl

The correct approach is cut off and look for other alternative while the market sentiment is still bullish...the time is running out......correction is coming soon...

the NTA is rm1.20 against the share price rm0.20-0.22 with cash rm093 per share.....earning deposit rmb 1.6b at 3 % giving return RMB 48million per annum..(if against the equity base, the return of fixed deposit is peanut, not sensible from the capital utilization perspective)......you think yourself with yr brain

you are abnormal and not an intelligence investor if you not incline to think there is a fishy issue in CSL...w)hen you relate the behaviour of CF as I mentioned above....sold his share at rubbish price, no SBB, no PSB, no multiple proposal (all other good Chinese counter have explored options to reward shareholder.....xinguuan will join xdl, cap soon

i had followed this post since last year, instead of discriminating or accusing each other, why not just ignore and share whatever is best to the ppl here. i find this thread getting less and less productive, there will be good and bad and some uncertainty of coz, we all just have to accept it. please keep the information flowing for us to track and decide whats good and whats bad rather than arguing like small children trying to win over a debate. thanks.
