if the 2 mall under this REIT sink, that means the whole economy will sink already....the mall is pack every day with not just locals but also tourist. Occupancy rate is almost 100%, rental is going up every year i.e profit also. I wonder how some people think this counter will sink to 1.60, it maybe possible but it will only be for a brief moment since its a good investment counter with steady dividend and profit

when other counter price go down, investor will look for safe haven counter with proven track record of dividend payout and capital growth. This is when REIT stand out. The question is which REIT counter. Malaysia top 5 REIT....IGB is one of them. Personally, i think investing in IGBREIT is a good bet.
