Whether price is high or low is up to individual's opinion. Just look at TP 1.50 of KENANGA and TP 1.91 of HLG. Don't you agree it is their analyst's opinions? To KENANGA 1.50 is fair price but to HLG 1.91 is fair price. Who is right? Both are right of course otherwise why did their company print their write-up.

How you define all REITs better than FD??? no such thing as definitely..... The range of REITs iare between 3-6.5%~ choose your REITs wisely. Is all depending on their financial report.

Today this counter jump up 0.07 from 1.90....thats 3.68% in 1 day. We are not taking about their income distribution yet which is steady above 4% every year.

Not all REIT have this sort of growth but if its one of the top REIT counters, i think its a save bet to invest in it.

don't buy for chart trading

it will stuck very long and very slow

so whatever theory in technical chart cannot apply for REIT counter
