Exercise price revised down to 30 sen. If the deals is thru and you happen to buy the warrants at 4sen, you add 30sen to convert to mother.

So your cost is only 34 sen..............as for mother price which is now at 44 sen, after adjusted for 8 sen repayment....it will adjusted to 36 sen.

So based on this you're converted warrants to mother will earned you 2 sen (36-34)......theory wise.

The mother could go higher above 50sen if the QA is thru, by then the adjusted price will be 42 sen.

And 42-34 sen, you made 8 sen.......theory wise.

So just voted YES.

in summary : upon qa approval ( 80 mil will be disperse out )
1. Situation a - where shareholders who voted No , but qa pass through, these shareholders shares will be bought using this 80 mil , at the price discussed with shareholders and the management .

2, If the amount of shareholders voted No is lesser than 60 mil , their shares will be bought back and the balance will be disperse to mother shareholders as one time dividen .

3. and lastly , if no one voted NO , all the 80 mil will be used as one time dividen to shareholders - which accumulating to 20 % return based on IPO price .

so what it means is , the SONA management will use the 80 mil to buy back the shares of those who voted no , but if no one did , they will get the money back .

Also if these shareholders voted NO tomorrow , the money they invested only will be returned to them next year, whereas it makes more sense for the investors to vote yes and fuck off after taking the dividend and sell their shares instead.

also if im not mistaken , the salamander's production cost is estimated RM 30 per barell , so based on this - SONA buy over will immediately earn $$ .

Buying the oil field now is absolutely the best time now - cos if you look over 2 - 3 years when the oil price rebound back to it's usual price - the earnings will be quadraple .

Ultimately , this is a gamble , I look at the situation I imagine , based on this situation what will i do as an investor - I believe how i feel is how other investors feel thus went on buying spree .

if you cant take the idea of losing money....sell all n cut loss

if you still can gamble with some money...sell some at least get back some cash n not lose all should things go south

if u have super balls of steel n not afraid if losing all...keep

i am keeping some to gamble.
