if privatise at 2017 the conversion price can not be 4.72 . it will be discount base on maturity date is at 2023 6more years .

BIMB and BIMB WA:

Unusual trading pattern occurs during last 2 trading days..with BIMB up a few sen while BIMB WA down a few sen with heavy trading volume ...now the worry is that if long time rumours that BIMB is going to be taken private..and its listing status is being transferred to its subsidiary Bank Islam...If this corporate exercise is materialized....the consequence of BIMB WA which is out-of-money carry no intrinsic value..will only likely to be offered of buying value of 1 to 5 sen...please be aware of this ....for those who are holding this warrant , you might opt to cash out or swap to other counters.

BIMB-WA is now considered cheap since the share price of BIMB surge and its recent quarter result is able to support the growth of its share price as well as there are still a long period until the expiration of this warrant. Besides, there are no tracks to show that any substantial shareholders of BIMB-WA are in attempt to dispose of the warrant, I am confident that the previous announcement for disposal of equity stake on Takaful Business will not be done in these few recent quarters since it will demolish the interest of the BIMB Warrant Holder and thence I believe that for current period, it should be suitable to hold this warrant until it reach a new height. I am not asking you to buy yet giving some personal assumption and opinion on this warrant.
