This is also a div counter. If Paying 1 cent div annually, then the price should be 26 cents (3.85% div), 27 cents (3.7% div), ..., 30 cents (3.33% div), a bit better than bank interest rate. While if it pays 2 cents div annually, then the price should be 26 cents for 7.69% div, 27 cents for 7.4% div,..., 30 cents for 6.67% div.

So if 2 cents div per year, then projected market price should be till RM0.40 for 5% div and RM0.50 for 4% div, it depends on the investors.

SCH Group IPO oversubscribed by 68 times. Thursday, 30 January 2014

KUALA LUMPUR: Quarry specialist SCH Group Bhd, en route to a listing on the of Bursa Malaysia on Feb 13, saw its offer of 13 million shares at the initial public offering (IPO) price of 23 sen per share oversubscribed by 68 times. Managing director Lau Mong Ling said in a statement yesterday that 13,366 applications with a total value of RM206mil was received from the public.

“We are certainly encouraged by the overwhelming response, which reflects the public’s confidence in SCH’s unique position in the quarry industry, I am confident that SCH will grow stronger, better and more competitive, and we will strive to ensure that we do not disappoint shareholders and investors who placed their trust in us.”

0.27 cent is still consider low entry price, all the big bosses actually enter at 0.26 ~ 0.28 because they got the wind before greece close bank and najib 1mdb news pop out.

Last month I enter at 23c..sold at 26.5...then last 2 week que buy again at 24c..sold at 25c..becoz is contra...but still in loss becoz the first time I buy is at 30.5..thought it will flyyy but it not..so sold at loss 28.5c...now for the 4th enter back at 27c last week becoz i I like this stock FA n technically...supposed to jump at 25c...already out of downtrend line, double bottom at 23 & 24c, ..so just waiting make high and higher...
