TOPBLDS has long term assets of RM 69m and long term liabilities of RM 16m which is good.

TOPBLDS' share price currently @ 0.125 whereas its fair value is 0.37. TOPBLDS is close to 70% undervalued.

So far, Ikhmas Jaya has tendered for RM1.36 billion worth of jobs, mainly related to bridge construction.
