Aemulus, very low in debts almost zero debts. Just bought a piece of land in Penang for expansion, using internal funds and some term loans from the bank. Cash rich Aemulus will be moving up to 50s level soon.

Aemulus is an excellent stock with very good business potentials. The revenue keep on growing annually. The net profit is good too. Recently bought a piece of land in Penang island using internal funding and term loan from bank, no need RI or even pp which will resulted in share dilution.

Relax guys, Aemulus will hit 40 above soon. Excellent company . Just purchased 1.6 acres of prime land Penang island worth RM 9m. No need private placement or RI , just 20% from internal fundings and the rest term loan. Banks willing to offer loan, meaning banks are confident of Aemulus business.
