Consolidation, PP and ESOS are just an instrument can be used for good intention and purpose. But for bad guys these can be disastrous for investors.

The theory behind a speculative scheme could vary. Those involved named as X could take the share cheaper prices via PP or ESOS.... and later any of the other Y Gang companies is willingly pushing the prices higher and X start cashing out... Y keep maintaining the support level for some time...

Then retailers Z could be thinking it was a good support and Z start buying,,, Y is unloading ....

At later stage after certain % has been unloaded by Y, Y start CL together with panicking Z. Those Z who staying, sleep at top condo.. Later got Consolidation and another round of PP and ESOS.. How bad the fate of the Z...

The Y could report reduced profit or at loss at the next QR... If Y need more money, another PP can be done...

Hope this kind of loophole, if exist, can not be exploited with strict rules and regulations enforced.by SC.

Invest in a company you trust and free from any form of speculations.

ppl know well the way to make profit by using multiple litisng company shares to play around,,,,buy those small listed n generate more n more shares now.....go study from beginning u may get the way how to from 1 to 100000..:)

One of the key to a good investment decision is to see who is at helm in a company. The CEO or Director and BOD play vital role in maintaining existing business and its expansion & growth, eyeing new ventures etc. Usually without enough cash, this will lead to another round for PP, RI etc.. and if successfully done the expansion & venture plans, the reward will be returned back to investors..

yes, penny stocks are fully controlled by individual groups.. if not how can bcmall dropping from 0.135 to 0.07 (almost -50%) within 3 days ??
This will not happen at blue chips, can Maybank drop 50% in 3 days?
Of course, penny stocks also can up 50% within 3 days.. but blue chips cannot..
This is the reason why still have many people like "speculate" in penny stocks.. skim cepat kaya/miskin..
Blue chips too slow to collect the dividend.. 欲速則不達

For any good companies ... bosses will never dispose shares..

This BCMALL you saw substantial shareholders TP everytime prices goes little higher last time when the prices above 0.30+ ... Rallying on COVID 19 healthcare provider theme... but cant even wait to reach RM1... got disposed...

Then many have started to have trust issue...

I think the bad QR was due to continuous lengthy lock down.. now business can operate but still no cross state allowed without permission.. affect providers and customers...

Hope new gov now give more relaxed control... Surely then next QR i believe BCMall can turn to profit.. price wise i am not sure go higher or not... your caallll...
