If you buy current price after dividend pay out the share value is free meaning you will get the company NTA and inventory for free. The house is value added assets the price never go down

2018 1GDB to RM 5.38 2023 exchange rate is 5.8 so the company is earn huge currency gain. As today company many extra cash is because of currency gain

Those are unrealise forex gain, ewint not banker and not depend on forex to earn money. Their expertise is selling houses. What so great that a developer make money from forex gain? If pound drop later those gain will be wipe out. My god.

Unrealised currency gain meaning the home currency pound is stronger than RM the company all NTA assets is in pound every quarter they need to conver to RM for reporting. So you can see the company is hold a lot cash In pound and distribution to shareholder dividend in RM. They need to convert pound to RM so you can forsee the huge exchange gain in coming quarter result

Also the 4mil operating loss compare to 93688000 is very small potato amount. So we are minority shareholder we earn currency gain can distribute dividend to us is very good for us

Very easy for example you hold a share cost RM1 but current value is Rm5 but you jot yet sell the share the unrealised gain Rm4 is earning or lose? We should see the current value of money

they keep half cash in pound and half cash for distribution. so the half in pound will not convert into RM in short period of time. therefore those gain will not benefit company. already give 800mil, not much left to give out. therefore not much room for the price to move.

the only factor left to move price further is privatisation where big boss announce taking EWINT private with price say RM1.20. not hard to do, they may have quietly buy in open market via proxy, they only need to sapu 30% in open market which only cost them 700mil (at current mkt price of 0.30). is worth it to them because i estimate after 800mil divd, company still have 1.2bil cash in hand. to them paying 700mil to take control of 1.2bil cash plus all the land bank remain in UK and Australia.

Yes the company is worth Rm1.2 per share so current share price is very cheap we should take more push it to 0.70 they can declare more dividend
