The Board of Directors of PDZ (“Board”) wishes to announce that PDZ had on 17 July 2020 entered into a Collaboration Agreement (“the Agreement”) with Sanichi Technology Berhad (“Sanichi”) (individually and collectively known as “Party” or “the Parties”) to jointly develop and operate a regional e-Commerce logistics hub located in Desaru, Johor which will eventuate to the forming of a Special Purpose Vehicle (“SPV”) which is to be finalised within ninety (90) days from the execution of the agreement.
Mother share when reached technically at $0.18 - $0.19, then the mother will tag along the son. The exercise price is $0.10 plus a warrant at the current rate of $0.04, the cost of conversion is $0.14, lower than the mother share. Looking at the Mother share currently, it looks good to buy and hold. But the Malaysian market gila gila type. Malaysia Boleh. The warrants for both will trade between 0.03 at the lower resistance and $0.06 upper resistance. If Alibaba interests of buying the company for its hub, then the sky is the limit. The "sharks" have bought asubstantially at $0.15 to $0.16 range, really for the next speculative rally. You won't be suprised that they will still wait to buy some more at $0.13 to $0.155. They have make quiet substantial in the past two rounds, and they are cash-rich for the 3rd round. Be careful not to be caught again by chasing the dragon. Don't let your emotion makes you buy erratically. I went in twice at $0.04 and $0.045. Made "small gain" but it allows me to build up my resources for any opportunity. Trade share must be patience like fishing at a pond or lake. Just wait for the fish to bite your bait. If you are not emotionally affected by losing, then you will be fine and you will win in the long run.Happy trading.
In Malaysian Market, technical analysis don't play a big role in your decision making. It seldom works. Malaysian Market moves by emotion, rumours or mere announcement without commitment to actualized the MOU or agreement. These people are the real "sharks". Example are Tiger, KGroup etc. Any MOU or aggreement to materialize, firstly, we have to ask ourselves whether the company or JV have the fund / cashflow (without further borrowings) to finance the project (s). What is the ROI and how long ROI payback? Anyway, the market reacts with news and rumours. I studied the market especially the "junk" stocks. It moved early in the morning because the announcements had been made after the market closed the previous day, and crazily moved in the late afternoon because there is going to be an announcement. Most of these announcements were held and released after the market closed. Sometime these announcements were disappointing which have no positive impact to the company ROI. That is where we are caught by chasing the stocks. For those reliable announcements, I believe legal inside information had lead the price up steadily before the announcement. Look out for this counter that moved consistently before the announcement. This is my "cow" sense.
The plan was annouced without finalised details. its was given 90 days or less to finalise and reveal the details, which i guess will certainly be positive to future profit prospect and better ROI. Therefore now it is time to "gamble" with better odd. particularily the WB.
