Looks like this bonus warrant is good for directors, push price before ex date and cash out and sell the free warrant once listed. Can se the selling volume of 100k above keeps on coming

TCS is the rising star of the industry cos it only got listed last Yr juiy. But the history of the group is very long established and this company is the hand and leg 4 many well-known developers like IJM, Sime prop, mah sing, Tropicana and worldwide group.
Earning will get better with outstanding book order and current tenders win getting bigger will improve efficiency thus eps.
Small retailers should focus on mother instead of warrant 1st cos if mother rise more players will come. Thus will ease the selling pressure or to avoid manupilation of warrant price.
Genuine investers will more than happy if warrant is 0.01 cent. Conversion 0.38, expired 3 years.
We all know tcs worth more than this.

I am back again.. So today another award for TCS one big infrastructure project for WCEHB & IJM.. RM177mil of worth for a highway interchange.. Was recalled somebody namely Ostrich @billionn called me the d*ck head when I first sharing about TCS here.. Don't know where the shortsighted guys go.. Hope he still profiting after so long and don't get wash out by chasing high in other counters..

Just now Lb high 1.39, tcs 0.615, lsteel 0.645 in a sudden all drop back. So angry??

yeah, quite obvious someone's blocking the price from going up high, as today mkt still got 400 plus counter gainers. Suspect to do with those directors dumping their free warrant though.

tis com still making profit during actual mco last year, current "mco" wont impact much on its earnings. The increase in steel price in fact might have certain major impact.

I share the same thoughts with Thomas. Its not only steel but others building material had inflated in prices. I hope there is VOP ( variations of price) clause in contracts to absorb the increased in cost.

That prompted me to take profit and switch / add more to my existing steel portfolio.

If no action, I too suffer paper lost this round but I can say TCS is in good hand.
